Here is another one - The Pears Report - from the Alternative Technology Association (ATA) Renew Magazine.

Alan Pears is an energy efficionado. He has worked in the energy efficiency field for over twenty years as an engineer and educator. He is Adjunct Professor at RMIT University and is co-director of environmental consultancy Sustainable Solutions. He understands this stuff and can write about it.

There are still some accronyms to wade through and mentions of other policies that might get you further flummoxed but generally he provides a good clear summary of what is going on in Energy Policy.

We all believe what we want to believe but Alan Pears is my Lord Monkton. I swallow whatever he puts on my plate.
